Aleksi Knuutila works with OpenOwnership to develop tools to enable new kinds of investigations based on beneficial ownership information. There is a global policy push to open up information about benefactors behind companies, with 27 EU countries beginning to publish it by 2020. In this session Knuutila will share some resources and ideas on how to use beneficial ownership data in reporting and investigations.
