Assistant Professor at Danish School of Media and Journalism (DMJX) since 2000. Main teaching areas: News stories, investigative journalism, datajournalism, interview techniques. I'm the main responsible for the teaching in data journalism at the school for both students and at post-graduate courses (extract from databases, Excel-analysis and datavisualisation).
I have also been part of the (former) Danish Institute for Computer Assisted Research (DICAR) lead by Nils Mulvad.
Before joining the DMJX I've worked at the national news bureau (Ritzau), a local newspaper and the Danish Broadcasting Company, DR, mainly making tv-programmes.
